НПО «Радиозавод им. А.С. Попова» – крупнейший
разработчик и производитель защищенных систем
связи и управления специального и гражданского
назначения.
Специализацией предприятия являются:
• оснащение подразделений Вооруженных cил
Российской Федерации и других специальных
ведомств современными системами связи и
управления;
• предложение национальных инфраструктурных
решений в области автоматизации и управления
различными отраслями народного хозяйства и
государственной деятельности;
• обеспечение модернизации и сервисного
обслуживания телекоммуникационного
оборудования, систем подвижной радиосвязи,
цифровых систем связи, вспомогательного
оборудования и аксессуаров;
• развитие военно-технического сотрудничества
с государствами-членами Организации Договора
о коллективной безопасности (ОДКБ) и другими
государствами;
• инновационные решения в области систем
передачи информации;
• производство систем учета энергоресурсов.
НПО «Радиозавод им. А.С. Попова» серийно
выпускает радиорелейные многонаправленные
системы связи, передвижные многофункциональные
комплексы связи и управления, соответствующие
специальным требованиям силовых ведомств.
Предприятие ведет научно-исследовательскую и
опытно-конструкторскую работу по разработке и
созданию перспективных образцов военной техники
связи в интересах Министерства обороны и других
силовых ведомств, как в рамках государственного
оборонного заказа, так и в инициативном порядке.
Предприятие является инициатором и создателем
консорциума «Национальный центр электроники
и информационных технологий», объединяющим
ряд ведущих российских профильных научных
центров и компаний. Кооперация с ними позволяет
разрабатывать программные и аппаратные решения,
включая электронную компонентную базу, которые
способствуют повышению технологического
суверенитета РФ. На базе предприятия на
регулярной основе проводятся заседания секции
главного конструктора по радиорелейной и
тропосферной связи, на которых представителями
профильных организаций и научных институтов
обсуждаются современные методы и подходы при
разработке специальных средств связи.

The company is specialized in:
• equipping units of the Armed Forces of the Russian
Federation and other special departments with
modern communication and control systems;
• proposal of national infrastructure solutions in the
field of automation and management of various
sectors of the national economy and government
activities;
• ensuring upgrade and servicing of
telecommunication equipment, mobile radio
communication systems, digital communication
systems, auxiliary equipment and accessories;
• development of military and technical cooperation
with member states of the Collective Security Treaty
Organization (CSTO) and other states;
• providing innovative solutions in the field of
information transfer systems;
• manufacturing of energy accounting systems.

A.S. Popov produces radio-relay multidirectional
communication systems and mobile multifunction
communication and control systems meeting special
requirements in series. The company has research and
development program to create and develop advanced
military communication equipment for the needs of
the Ministry of Defense and other security departments
under state defense orders and in a proactive manner.
The enterprise is the initiator and creator of the
National Center for Electronics and Information
Technologies consortium, which unites a number
of leading Russian specialized research centers and
companies. Cooperation with them makes it possible
to develop software and hardware solutions, including
an electronic component base, which contributes to
increase the technological sovereignty of the Russian
Federation. On the basis of the enterprise, meetings
of the section of the chief designer on radio relay
and tropospheric communications are held on a
regular basis, where representatives of specialized
organizations and scientific institutes discuss modern
methods and approaches in the development of special
communications.
